These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Ascenvia, operated by 8th Flame, a business registered in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using Ascenvia, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use Ascenvia.
To use Ascenvia, you're required to create an account by providing your full name, birth year, and email address. You're responsible for keeping this information accurate and for any activity that happens under your account. You must be 18 or older to create an account, since doing so means agreeing to a paid subscription.
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the price of the plan you selected.
If your trial ends without an active subscription, your account moves to view-only access: you can still see everything you've previously saved (your practice log, calendar, journal, and settings), but you won't be able to add new entries until you subscribe. Nothing you've saved is deleted.
Ascenvia is a wellness and lifestyle app offering guided breathing exercises, practice tracking, calendar tools, a device-sensor-based compass, and astrology/crystal-themed content, including daily color and crystal guidance, moon phase and retrograde tracking, manifestation content such as Grabovoi codes, and an optional personal birth chart feature (calculated from a birth date, time, and place you provide) offering planetary placements, aspects between placements, and a daily horoscope. This content is offered for personal reflection and entertainment purposes.
Ascenvia's content, including affirmations, crystal and herb information, chakra content, manifestation codes, sleep and lifestyle traditions such as sleep direction guidance, and birth chart or astrology readings (including planetary placements, aspects, and horoscopes), is not scientifically validated and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional for concerns in those areas.
You agree not to misuse Ascenvia, including attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer it beyond what's permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Ascenvia, including its design, text, and content, is owned by 8th Flame and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your account data and journal entries remain yours.
You may stop using Ascenvia and cancel your subscription at any time. 8th Flame may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.
Ascenvia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8th Flame is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ascenvia.
8th Flame may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If that happens, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of Ascenvia after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
